searching for M&A advisor (sell-side)
Dear Investment Bankers: I would love your input on the following: I am looking for a sell-side M&A advisor regarding the sale of a private company (in the Application Software business) of about $500 million in EV. I think the deal would be too small for the big players such as JP Morgan, Goldman etc. So where should I look? Can you give me some names of IBs that are likely to want to take up this job (and have some good experience and contacts in the Tech industry)? The company is based in Europe and the Middle East but has revenues from around the world.
