Second Phone Interview

I'm at an MM lateraling for an EB analyst role. I had a first round phone interview that went well and now they want to have another phone call interview. What should I expect this time? The first time was half background and half technical, should I expect the same mix of questions or will they focus more on technicals and/or behaviourals?

Probably the same thing or maybe more behavioral with someone more senior.

"I do not think that there is any other quality so essential to success of any kind as the quality of perseverance. It overcomes almost everything, even nature."

Yeah, really depends on the interviewer. I'd say be prepared for a mix of both.

D'Angelo: Nah, yo, it ain't like that. Look, the pawns, man, in the game, they get capped quick. They be out the game early. Bodie: Unless they some smart-ass pawns.
