Just look at all the HY reports, not really a technical job so just have a solid understanding of types/trends/rationale. Also make it clear why secondaries and know a recent deal.
thanks v much. How do you recommend framing “why secondaries” in a way that feels personal and not just lifted from a market report?
I looked into it but didn't want to pigeonhole myself outside of m&a, so you have to really be interested to start a career there. You can frame it around market growth, focus on relationship building, starting your career there when its becoming mainstream etc.
