Have an internship in WM at a BB this summer (Texas). Want to break into IB (ideally in same bank), looking for any suggestions on how to go about it. Confused if I'm supposed to network within the office for another department while being in WM and what the etiquette/parameters for this would be. Would appreciate any insights!
