Is it just my own team or do everyone’s seniors enjoy messing with their juniors, e.g. insulting them to feel more powerful, making them do tasks just because they can, contacting them at weird times or applying pressure just to freak them out and watch them squirm?
This happens at my firm. One MD hides peoples phones, sits in their chairs, and will flirt with female analysts/associate.
