Settling down in London pre-salary
Never been to the UK before, and I'm wondering how (asides friends & family) one could source neccesary funds for stuff like flight, accomodation, etc for a summer IBD pending payment of 1st intern salary (I'm from a country with particularly weak currency relative to GBP); hypothetical loan source(s) perhaps? Dumb question I know, just thinking out loud as I've lately been too busy to put much thought into it.
Not a stupid question at all, particularly when there might also be expenses given a lack of corporate card for interns. Hope you manage to get sorted all okay!

Did my summer in London last summer and the whole class were reimbursed plane or train tickets from wherever they wanted to London to start the summer.
Some friends at another bank got a relocation bonus too.
Reimbursement isn't my biggest problem, it's getting the cash to spend in the first place
Friends and family seems to be >90% probability. You won’t be able to apply for a loan if you’re not a resident in the UK.
You could try a loan in your country of residence? It’s only for a month so shouldn’t be too punitive.
