SharePoint makes IB hours HELL
I was at an EB before and like every other normal bank you work in your own version of PowerPoint or excel and then send up for comments and while they review, you dick around during your “down time”.
Now at my new bank, we use sharepoint so every version is fucking live and people just hop in to give comments in real time so you are literally ALWAYS working and never waiting around. Zero downtime ever anymore. Life is hell. I work 90 hours a week of STRAIGHT WORK. Wake up and work until you sleep. Unlike people who say 90hours but only “work” for half of that. FUCK MY LIFE.
