I networked my ass off, landed a few interviews, went to a few superdays, but it appears I struck out this recruiting season. Are BBs still taking applications for ops or legal/compliance SA roles, and will I even be considered after applying for IBD spots? I've been holding out for IBD for a long time now, so I'm totally out of the loop on other functions of banking and their recruiting.

Dont aim for MO/BO, look for some other finance / front office role for SA. Having something related to IBD will help if you want to try again for FT.
