is this a really obvious answer? I'm sorry I really do not know much to be honest with you but I'm trying to learn as much as I can
thought this post was gonna be embarrassing for you but that's a fair question. i'd suggest you email individual bankers and ask them if the bank needs additional help. they can direct you to the right person to talk to (the hiring team, head of talent, etc.) rather than emailing an address that goes to an inbox that's hardly checked at all.
