Should I go directly to M&A Consulting fulltime job or do another two internships?

Hi guys, I need some help.

Currently I'm in a Half-Tagret school. Finance Master, EE bachelor.

Internships: 1st:  2019: IB 2 months

                    2nd: 2024: IQVIA Healthcare consulting 6 months

3rd: 2024: AT Kearny Strategic Consulting 3 months

I know, there is no M&A related internships. kinda messed up my life.

Now I'm 26 years old. Going to graduate this DEC.

Now I have two options:

A: Go directly to a Fianncail Consulting Firm to do M&A related consulting fulltime job, then transfer to M&A IB.

B: Enroll into another language school to extend my student status, then go to the same firm above to do the M&A consulting internship+ Another potential PE/M&A internships

So I need some professional opinions? If I want to break into a boutique EU IB M&A fulltime job, which one is a better option?

Thanks
