Starting as a SA in IBD in June. Talked a few people during group placement but not really close with anyone there. Should I reach out to other people in my group before starting?

Reach out to juniors but do not be too pushy.
Frankly I wouldn't bother. People will feel obligated to respond and give you some time but it is unnecessary and they'll probably just be annoyed about it, especially if they are above analyst level.
I would keep it short and simple. Reach out and ask if they have any advice on preparing before you start. They'll most likely say no, but you showed interest and initiative, which I imagine is your goal.
