Should I stay or should I go? - The Clash

Hey WSO - so I've been at a decent shop since July and I just got the opportunity to join a startup in a role meant for someone with much more experience. In the new role I'd straddle ops and finance but the pay is definitely less. Right now the offer is ~analyst base but bonus potential is much less. That said, I've heard buzz my shop will not provide meaningful bonuses.

If you were in my shoes, what would you do and why? Feel like I'm not learning a ton and mostly just picking up scraps like changing font sizes, coloring pie charts, PDFing PPTs, so I'm not sure how much I'll learn if I stay and lifestyle would improve dramatically.
