Should I take an internship position for a State Securities Board?

I am waiting to hear back from three investment banks that I applied to. I also applied to the Securities Board in my State. They replied back and seem eager to give me a shot. Should I take this offer. It looks like at this point none of the I-banks are going to call back. I could be wrong but I really do not want to pass up any opportunities.

How would interning at a Securities Board as a Financial Examiner look on my resume or when I am applying for other positions (I-banking) my senior year?
