I have recently received and signed an offer for a SA at an EB in London. I'm super happy about it, and I just want to make sure I start on the right foot. What are the next steps I should take before my SA starts? So far, I've only had brief calls with the people who interviewed me. Should I cold message analysts/associates on Linkedin and go for a coffee chat?

Yes LinkedIn. Get one lead from an analyst and work you way up the ladder within your desired group. This is coming from a person who is from a non-target state school so networking was integral to my recruiting process. Plant the seed and leave a good impression along the way.

I personally found that analysts answered cold LinkedIn messages / emails a lot more once I included the fact that I'm an incoming SA in my note to them. Def include that if you aren't already!
