When do you get your signing bonus when you sign at the end of the summer internship? Do you get it as soon as you sign or does it come a little bit closer to your start date?

no why would you get taxes back on money you are paid out
might be different at other banks, but most BBs will gross that number up to like ~$14k so you do get $10k post tax
