Any idea of what the singing bonus for full time investment banking analysts is at Barclays (any other banks would also be helpful) I'm trying to figure how much of my loan I can pay back if/when I get an offer

Probably 10k.. some boutiques will be more but keep in mind the withholding is gonna be grotesque something like 40%

I got $5,000 from the MM that I was at. I think that associates get $10,000. Maybe BBs pay more. It will most likely be on your first paycheck, but if you have an offer, you should already know what you're getting.
Don't know what MM you're at, but street associate signing bonus (for full time) is 50k with maybe a sweetener if you sign quickly. The big MMs that pay street (Jefferies/Baird/Blair/etc) also pay that as well as all the BBs. EBs are as much adds 75k.
