Signing Bonus Repayment
Has anyone exited a firm with a signing bonus repayment period? Obviously you’d usually be looking to get an equal or better bonus from your next gig, but after taxes, the amount you’d have in pocket to repay the prior bonus would be a lot less than they initially paid out, so you’d need far in excess of 1:1.
