Skillset Recruiting at Goldman
Goldman recently seems to have at least partially changed the experienced analyst hiring process to something called Skillset Recruiting:

Does anyone have any insights into this process or experience going through it? It looks like you apply to a skill (e.g. financial modeling, sales, trading, investing), Goldman HR subsequently reviews a Hirevue that you complete and then you potentially get invited to interviews based on that rather than applying to specific roles (e.g. M&A, ECM, DCM, etc.).
