What time do you get to bed on average? And don't say 3am because I know that is not the average, those are outlier nights as much as everyone here loves to brag about their lack of sleep.

1am because I have a hard time getting myself to bed
Like 12am avg on weekdays. 1-3am Friday - weekends almost every time.
Sleep from 1-7 most nights. Typical schedule is work in office 8-8, gym/dinner 8-10. And then work from home from 10-midnight. Wind down with some YouTube videos and in bed by 1. When work gets busy, either have to cut down on gym sessions or work until 2 or so, or both.
Probably work 75-80 hrs a week on average
In the last 6 months, probably 2:30am on average on Monday - Thursday. I work at a notorious sweatshop group within a sweatshop bank.
