Which is better for investment banking options? I think smu has stronger pipeline to Houston than Santa Clara does to San Francisco. In the US News Santa Clara is higher, which makes no sense if smu is way better for finance

SMU is easily the better one for IB. I have it on good word from Alumni that WF GS JPM Bofa and JEF are all shifting part of IB not MO or BO operations to Dallas. The placement and city get better every year.
