I mean it’s not ideal but in my experience with stutters and those with speech impediments, if they can perform, nobody who is worth their salt cares.
One of my good friends is a practicing physician with a bad stutter. It got better with practice and confidence in his craft. I'd imagine it's the same for any other industry.
You 100% can do it, it’ll just take more effort on your part to do interview prep so you can feel confident when answering behavioral and technical questions. Long term, if you’re a friendly guy who has a good understanding of how to build relationships then you will be successful. As long as you deliver good work and treat people with respect, it won’t matter if you trip over a word every now and then.
