Career Resources
Depends on a few things:
Brand of firm completing the project - you will pay a premium for more prestigious firms especially if you don't regularly do business with them
Size of the dividend - probably more importantly the leverage of the company following the dividend and its repayment period
Size of the company - the higher the EBITDA, the higher the fee you can probably expect
All that said, I would guess anywhere from $75k to $115k based on my recent experience. Some of the larger firms will try to get a larger fee, but if you go with a reasonably respectable firm, I would bet that you could pay what I mentioned.
