Soon to be Ex-BofA CEO?

The Service Employees International Union, in its most aggressive move yet to criticize the finance industry, has called on Bank of America to remove its chief executive at the bank’s board meeting Wednesday.

Another BofA executive to be ousted?

Well it is funny that he has built that house with one merger after another and has never lived up to the hype. He does a good job keeping his friends close and his enemies/potential competition closer

Two things - I think it's hilarious that I was watching 60 Minutes or something one time and they were absolutely lauding Ken Lewis for the Merill acquisition, and he was on his grandstand about how he always knew he'd "beat Wall Street."

But that being said, the SEIU is a bunch of corrupt idiots, don't take anything they say or "call for" seriously. Their president Andy Stern was at Blagojevich's house lobbying for a "union friendly" official to be elected to the Senate seat the day he was arrested.
