Sophomore Summer Internship A Downgrade From Freshman Summer?

Hey guys,

I'm currently a sophomore at a semitarget. A few days ago, I received an offer for a internship in the summer in Australia for a small boutique investment bank. I also interned at a small boutique my last summer, too, but this bank is quite a bit smaller in terms of headcount and about a third smaller in terms of deal sizes.

While I would be thrilled to intern abroad like this, I'm worried taking this opportunity would be seen a a "downgrade" from my freshman internship, which could reflect poorly on me. Would people even notice during SA recruiting? And even if they did, would the abroad factor counterbalance the downgrade?

Would really appreciate any opinions on this.
