Does anyone know if these programs read applications in the order received? In other words, is there any advantage in applying early, or a disadvantage in applying later?
Also, since most of these sophomore programs are diversity only, does the "diversity" include mostly racial diversity, or do women (not URM) get an upper hand in gaining admission to these programs as well?
