I was just wondering if there are any sophomore programs like UBS Sophomore Symposium, SRR's Future Leaders in Finance, BP's Sophomore Trading Experience. I was just looking for programs that were a few days long at any kind of finance or IB firm.

Anyone know which banks run the three-day to week-long immersion programs?

3 day long ubs sophomore symposium during the summer
UBS and Goldman are the only two I've ever heard of having short programs that are longer than one day. The GS one is over Spring Break though so would already be done for this year.
Most banks have various diversity programs that may be 2-3 days though if that is what you are looking for.
