Sophomore with 3.35 GPA at Semi-Target looking for advice on summer internships

I'm looking for an IB summer internship this summer in NYC and I wanted to know if it might be too late to be reaching out to boutique firms. In addition, if it's not too late I wanted to know how I can find the emails of people in firms where there aren't alumni from my school. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
