Sophomore worried about unfocused finance experience
To preface this, I am currently a sophomore at a lower-tier target and hold the following previous internship experiences: Small VC (~50-75M fund size) Freshman summer, LMM PE shop Sophmore fall. I just accepted an offer with a large investment management firm in a portfolio management role for sophomore summer after not receiving offers from a few banks. I was wondering if the range and diversity of experience will hinder my apps for junior summer SA roles as my experience doesn't appear to be super focused on banking. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
No dude, just get good grades and youll land an offer easy
