Hey,
I was wondering whether Spring Insight participants in Europe at BBs can end up with securing a Summer Analyst Internship for the next year even before the application window for the Analyst roles opens.
Is that something that happens or is Spring Insight more useful for using it on you CV when the actual application comes around?
Yes. Most places will have an AC on the last day of the programme.
