Spring programs for Juniors (like Harris Williams)

Any spring programs for juniors? Things that aren't internships, but can be done before, after, or alongside a summer internship?

Harris Williams has their boot camp (two weeks in May), and that's pretty popular. There was also a PE shop in the south that has a similar program.

I know that there are a lot of sophomore programs, and I was wondering if there is anything for juniors. I'd like something else to add to the resume and maybe give me the ability to choose between several full time offers (best case scenario).

Are you referring to Falfurrias Capital as the Southern PE firm? I interviewed there last year. I did 2 phone rounds then a case study before being cut, so I can't tell you what the whole process was. Case study wasn't anything crazy, but I guess I didn't do great since I got cut. People were friendly and nice, and the interviews were mostly qualitative PE technicals and chit chat
