S&T SA to banking FT need advise

I spent my sophomore summer doing S&T at a BB and accepted a return for junior summer. I have always struggled to decide whether I care more about the work life balance I’d get staying in S&T or the exits I’d rather find going into banking. Just want to hear from all of you about whether it’s worth it to make the transition, and how I’d go about ft recruiting, especially about how I could accelerate the process and secure a banking offer before I have to accept my ft S&T offer. Thanks
