Have you played a competitive sport? Football, basketball, baseball? Its like the beginning pre-season practices, no one knows you or your abilities. In your situation, your like a freshman on the freshman team. All you can do is be a high performer, work hard, do what your told, be consistent, and be a leader to your peers. This is not over-night but the repututation is created over months if not years.

Its all about blocking and tackling. The best players know this. That should be your goal and everything else will settle itself.

never do anything visibly different (suits costing 10x other analysts, liberty spikes, being the drunk one at office parties), as others have said be consistent in your work, don't complain, and be the one people come to for work and be genuinely helpful to others (note: not annoyingly helpful)
