Bro respected the shit outta me for being able to talk to him like a normal person. He says hi to me now when I go to his floor. Nice. Also why do MDs spit in everyone’s faces? No one tell them to say it not spray it?

I think it’s the juniors talking to the MDs and how they act around them rather than how to MDs are. I see all the time, juniors are scared, act different, want to be extra professional when talking to an MD. I talk to MDs, group heads or what ever the same way I talk to other analysts. I say “what’s up?” I walk and talk as if they were a friend from the block. Dont let titles scare you into thinking they are superior or you need to be something extra. Obviously respect that MD and get a feel for how they are but won’t change who you are.
