Started IB internship but lacking in real work opportunities

Hi monkeys, I started a new internship a while ago in a regional IB. They have a good pipeline, deals going on and being executed by my peers but so far I have not been staffed on any live project, instead I have done rather menial tasks or bits and pieces here and there for whatever shit pitches. I have told analysts around me that please let me know if you need help on a project, but so far no involvement.

Any suggestions how I could be staffed on a live execution project where I would get involved in a real deal process? If I carry on like this I will have nothing relevant to put on my CV after this experience.
