Long time lurker here, first time poster. I made the switch from industry to IB and will be starting as an analyst at a boutique in the coming weeks. I am taking some time off before I start, as I know my social life officially goes down the toilet once I start. I was wondering if you all had any advice on things I should be reading or practicing before I start. Any advice is much appreciated!
