Starting FT early
Got a return for FT to start in August. I finished school and have spent enough time relaxing and preparing for the future. I was wondering if anyone has asked to start early. If so, did it impact development with the cohort? How did the bonus timeline shift? Did you feel it made an impact on PE on-cycle recruiting or associate promotion? Looking back, would you do anything differently?
