Starting IB prep one Year Late

I was unsure of what I wanted to do in college, so I started in Pre Med and switched to finance, my spring semester of college I decided I wanted to do IB later and could only get an operations Internship my freshman summer. My dream is to end up in a BB but I am open to Boutiques and MM. I am enrolled in SEO, MLT, and Emerging leaders series for Goldman where I will be getting a few interviews, I have a HireVue with JP Morgan, and am desperately trying to get into my school's investment fund and accelerated masters in finance program. I am at a nontarget, so I was wondering If I get into my desired clubs and programs what are the odds of me being able to get a BB Sophomore SA internship and ultimately get a return offer to stay.
