Lead by strong Sr banker. JR bankers there are usually happy and have a tight knit supportive group from what I have seen. NY deal team works on good transactions.
I would say its a good group and would need to know what other options you have to help make up your mind.
Can you also provide some info on how the NYC Tech, HC, and Industrials groups are, especially in terms of how much of their deal flow is ECM vs M&A?
I networked with some people in the HC group last fall and they said that the majority of their deal flow was ECM at the time. Idk if i's changed since then.
