I just accepted a 2022 SA offer from Stifel on the west coast and was wondering what their Pubfin pay looks like? Their group is top 10 in the country and Stifel itself has been growing a lot this past year, hoping the pay is street comp?

Stifel is still giving out 2022 SA offers?
No longer there but in 2020, I was in a Midwest city (not ST. Louis) and had Base of 75k and bonus of 15k.
I previously heard that base is standard across all groups at 100k for An1. Bonuses are where the deviation from other groups will occur, though Stifel's PubFin group did very well in 2021 so I wouldn't be surprised if they were competitive with other groups. Can anyone confirm this to be true?

Yes, I believe so. That is what I’ve heard from an analyst at Stifel working in a coverage group. I would be shocked if PubFin comp wasn’t included in the 2021 raises considering how hot the group has been.

Just saw someone post a 70k comp for Stifel PubFin group in 2022... you should hope its a mistake or from a previous year.
