Until I see this elsewhere, I don't believe for a second they are paying analysts this. If this is associate pay it is significantly undermarket.
$150k base for associate 1 is market.
Aren't most MMs at 175k now? I know Blair and Baird definitely are and am pretty sure HL and HW are as well. Who is paying as low as 150k?
