There's been ongoing layoffs over the last 6-12 months given underperformance of the broader IB group, but a lot of the "RIF" has been concentrated at the senior level (i.e., non-producing MDs or Ds/SVPs that haven't been raising their hand to get more involved). The Audax exit probably won't trigger anything just simply as a result of Audax exiting, but who knows, maybe the new sponsor will spin-off the banking group entirely...
