Would be very interested to hear if (1) pivot is worth it, and (2) how viable it is.
Assume non-MBB but elite tier work in terms of multiple $5-10bn global deals worked/advised on. Multiple projects for big PE’s (Carlyle, CD&R, Blackstone etc). Moderate academics, strong Industrials sector experience, 1 yr combined of prior corporate law/LevFi experience. Good modelling, technicals and macro understanding. Open to analyst level if fit was suitable.
