Does this tend to match the EMEA Healthcare league tables?

Would also be great if someone could post the sector league table (preferably ranked by M&A fees)!

Usual BB suspects like GS, JPM, Bofa etc. In the MM Roths and Jeffs dominate the UMM space (500m-1bn), William Blair, HL and Lincoln have some decent HC teams too targeting everything in the 50-500m space

Most Helpful

For sponsors sell-side

  • JPM and RTH
  • jefferies quite close
  • others are hit and miss for the above EUR300m deals
  • more competition under 300m - that’s where you’ll see Alantra, Bryan Garnier and others fight too. Also domestic players

On corporates

  • others are more challengers or have specific relationships. Barclays works with UCB a lot for example. UBS / CS / DB you’ll find with local corporates. Citi has new head who came from JPM and he’s a great banker - will probably shake things up

HSBC has great lbo financing, and some m&a feal flow coming from the lending. Team head is effective and you’ll get decent sponsor deal flow there
