Stub Bonus Paid in Cash?

For MBA '10 associates starting this summer, will the stub bonus in ~Feb '11 be paid in cash, stock or a combination? Also, any predictions on the amount? I've heard 45K was average for last year, 25K for the year before, and then 50K before that.
