Stuck between two possible offers
I received an offer to work in the Finance Division at BlackRock in London.
I also received an offer to work in the Finance Division at Barclays Investment Bank in London.
I am unsure of the compensation yet as i am waiting for the contract to be sent out. I am stuck as to which offer to accept in terms of career development, growth prospects, compensation etc. Does anyone have any suggestions or know anything about this please?
Define 'finance division'
would also useful to know more about you, where are you from, what work culture are you looking for, did you like the people you met, etc
i have written a reply below
Its called "Finance Summer Analyst"
so the finance division includes things like treasury, tax, investor relations etc
