Stuck in a predicament - Would appreciate advise

Hi everyone, I'm currently stuck in a predicament and would appreciate any advise on what you would do if you were in my shoes.

For context, I interned at a BB in summer 2023 ("Place A") and unfortunately did not get a return offer. I'm taking on additional classes and pushing my graduation date to 2025, allowing me to do another SA stint in 2024.

Fortunately, I was able to get another SA stint for summer 2024 ("Place B"). However, after some coffee chats, it became clear that the team I'll be interning at for summer 2024 has no headcount for new analysts.

Now, this is where the twist is. I've recently met my head of Place A to get feedback regarding my internship, and the feedback was generally positive. I've recently noticed that Place A has put up a job opening for a full-time analyst for fresh graduates for the class of 2025. I'm thinking of applying to Place A, but I'm worried that Place B will find out and perhaps rescind my summer offer or throw me out of consideration if they were actually planning on converting.
