Stupid Me

My boss has just done with a very important presentation over the phone and I found a couple of charts did not show up in the PDF he sent to the client (he made final tweaks and created the PDF so it's definitely not my problem). After a round of appreciation about how we have done well on the presentation, etc. I indicated to my boss (here is when my stupidity kicked in) about the chart having disappeared. I can see my boss's face immediately turned red and became very upset. He did not get mad at me since he knows why but he is a perfectionist. Have you guys faced similar situation before and what would you do if you were I? The missing charts are not super important but they're pretty obvious.
