Hey guys, it's going to be my first summer in NYC, and I'm starting my apartment search in a couple months. I'm not in or around NYC right now, so I'm wondering what the best place to start would be. I've heard sketchy things about Craigslist, so I'm trying to stay off of there. Would I need to use a broker? Thanks for the help.
