submitting two different resumes?
How bad is it to submit two different resumes? One through your school's resume drop, and the other through the bank's careers website? The resume is not vastly different, just changed up some sentences and formatting.
Not bad. Just be prepared to discuss either one - the interviewers will likely have a copy of one or the other.
I had this situation come up and I just said, "Oh, I guess they didn't give you the most updated version. Here." and I got the offer.
