Submitting Work Early
Dumb question. As an SA/analyst, are you supposed to submit work early?
Say you're given work on Monday. The scenario looks something like this:
Associate/VP: yo do this pls
Me: ok. when do you need this by?
Associate/VP: Friday end of day is ok
Are you expected to submit early? Thursday or Friday morning? or is Friday end of day really ok? I've been tasked multiple work in the past and I prefer to focus/finish one before moving on to the other, but sometimes they like to check up on what I've done so far and I'll be empty ("nothing so far as I'm working on X, but I'll make sure to have it ready by Friday EOD"). Wondering if this is common practice?
